Your Tasks

• At our customers' sites in the public sector, you will carry out the delivery and final assembly of our measuring systems or exchange components for troubleshooting.
• As part of Customer Support, you will also support our customers via online support, ensure quality during parameterization and pre-assembly before delivery, and be responsible for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Through your close customer contact, you will be involved in continuous improvement together with Sales, Development, and Manufacturing.
• You work self-organized and independently and follow our high quality standards for products and services.
• You create assembly protocols and participate in product-specific documentation.

What you bring

• You enjoy interacting with people and other cultures in an international environment. You are quality-, customer-, and service-oriented. Reliability and punctuality are also important to you.
• Willingness to travel - readiness for a field service component in the amount of 30 - 70 % in the assembly vehicle. Occasionally, arrival or departure on weekends or public holidays may be required.

• Completed training in the field of Elektrotechnik, Regelungstechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, or comparable is a prerequisite
• Several years of professional experience in assembly or service assignments is an advantage
• Structured, solution-oriented, precise way of working, good technical understanding, and manual dexterity
• B2 - Good English skills for cooperation with international customers. Italian is an advantage
• Driver's license B, preferably BE

The minimum collective agreement salary (KV Metall Gewerbe) is EUR 3,300.16 gross per month, based on 38.5 hours per week. Based on your qualifications and professional experience, we will agree on your actual salary together during the application process.
