Electronic Production Project Manager M/F

Your tasks

The purpose of the position is to ensure the preparation of offers, manage production business affairs, and meet the quality (OQD), delivery (OTD), and cost (OCD) objectives of the assigned projects.

Techno-commercial Offer

• The Project Manager is responsible, for the Production part, for constructing the technical offer, risks, cost, and schedule; they are the client's interlocutor (excluding commercial aspects, except in cases of delegation)

Contract Review and Project Structuring

• Project sheet, supervision of order registration and their updating (lead time, etc.)
• Updated risk analysis (if applicable)
• Coordination of stakeholders: Sales, Studies (if applicable), IMP, OLA, Production, QA/QC

Project Management

• Planning and coordination of stakeholders: Sales, Studies (if applicable), IMP, OLA, Production, QA/QC
• Control and communication of input data from the Client; support to technical services in case of a need for clarification of client data.
• Monitoring of all client specifications and their coverage, as well as the scope of the MICROTEC service and its non-deviation
• Cost control and management of any corrective actions (in case of deviations)
• Preparation of amendments handled by the Sales process (except in cases of delegation)
• Management of supplies provided by the Client
• Control and communication of output data to the Client. General inspection of non-recurring products
• Project reviews and associated analyses.

Client Relations

• Assists Account Managers in client retention
• As a general rule, participates in Client audits.

Requirements

You are an engineer or an experienced technician in electronic manufacturing and ideally mechatronics.

You are familiar with IPC-A-6xx and ideally ECSS environments. You have experience in project management and production, ideally in the space sector.

You must demonstrate pragmatism and rigor, but also the ability to propose solutions when faced with contingencies, a sense of responsibility and results, curiosity, intellectual honesty, dynamism, and analytical skills. A hands-on person, you possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Finally, you are able, in English, to read, write documents, and orally present your results.
