Construction Project Manager

Support End-to-End Project Delivery:

Support the successful delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects from enabling works through construction, commissioning and handover. Track milestones, actions and deliverables to help achieve project scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.

Champion Safety, Quality and Compliance:

Promote a safety-first, security-first and quality-focused culture on site.

Coordinate Construction Activities and Stakeholders:

Act as a key point of coordination between contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams. Facilitate communication, resolve interface issues and help maintain alignment across all project workstreams.

Drive Planning, Reporting and Project Controls:

Maintain project records, monitor progress against key milestones and support the preparation of reports, dashboards and performance metrics covering schedule, cost, safety, quality and risks.

Manage Risks, Issues and Change:

Track project risks, issues, decisions and actions. Support change management processes by assessing impacts, documenting potential schedule and cost implications, and coordinating timely resolution.

Provide Technical and Constructability Support:

Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submittals with engineering and construction teams. Identify potential constructability issues, technical risks and opportunities for improvement.

Support Commercial and Vendor Management Activities:

Assist with contractor and vendor management, including scope reviews, change orders, project controls documentation, procurement support, forecasting and performance monitoring.

Deliver Continuous Improvement Through Data and Insights:

Use project data, dashboards and site observations to identify trends, improve predictability and strengthen project delivery performance. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across the program.

• Relevant technical engineering experience or any of the following OR bachelor's OR master's degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, reliability engineering, electrical engineering or related field
• Experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, construction and/or commissioning
• Considerable experience with Mechanical OR Electrical Test Equipment
• Solid proficiency in written, spoken and technical English, as all business operations and stakeholder communications are conducted in English
• Commissioning Certification
• OSHA 10 or higher qualification
• NFPA-70E
