Documentation Specialist

Your tasks

• Prepare, verify, and collect all documents related to import and export, such as Invoice, Packing List, customs clearance documents, and Certificate of Origin. • Coordinate with freight forwarders and Customs Brokers, while tracking the progress of import and export customs clearance, including resolving issues that arise during the customs clearance process. • Categorize and store import-export documents systematically to ensure documents are complete, traceable, and compliant with legal and audit requirements. • Track the shipment status of import and export goods, and promptly inform relevant internal departments of any customs risks or delays. • Comply with regulations related to import and export supervision in Thailand to ensure that documents meet the requirements of the Thai Customs Department and the Thai Food and Drug Administration (TFDA). • Prepare documents related to import and export to support audits from internal and external organizations. • Coordinate with the documentation team and the supply chain team at the headquarters to report import-export business progress and follow the documentation standards set by the headquarters. • Record and maintain import-export data registries, prepare related reports, and maintain data accuracy. • Coordinate with the supply chain and quality departments to resolve issues regarding the accuracy and compliance of documents for raw materials and products in the import-export process.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with special consideration for those graduated in International Trade, Logistics, or related Customs Clearance fields.
2. 1–2 years of experience in an import-export documentation or customs clearance position.
3. Practical experience regarding import-export in Thailand will be given special consideration.
4. Ability to communicate in Chinese at a basic level.
5. Ability to read and write English, and able to manage English import-export documents.
6. Familiarity with the import-export regulations of the Thai Customs Department will be given special consideration.
7. Knowledge regarding import-export regulatory requirements for medical devices will be given special consideration.
