Responsibilities and assignments
- Define Value-Based Pricing strategies, considering value proposition, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and customers' willingness to pay;
- Develop and maintain price structures, commercial tables, and price waterfall models, ensuring consistency and profitability;
- Create packaging models for products, services, bundles, and add-ons in partnership with Product and Go-To-Market areas;
- Define discount policies, approval levels, and commercial guardrails to ensure pricing discipline and governance;
- Conduct pricing governance forums and processes alongside Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM areas;
- Perform elasticity analyses, price sensitivity, and competitiveness studies to support strategic decision-making;
- Monitor profitability, margins, and price realization indicators, identifying revenue optimization and loss reduction opportunities;
- Participate in the definition of pricing and commercial strategies for new product and service launches;
- Plan and execute pricing experiments, A/B tests, and commercial optimization initiatives;
- Structure and monitor promotions, commercial incentives, and rebate programs;
- Develop dashboards, indicators, and management analyses to track pricing performance;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, LGPD, and competitive compliance practices;
- Train commercial teams and partners on pricing policies, value proposition, and negotiation best practices.
Requirements and qualifications
Mandatory requirements:
- Completed Higher Education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Excel;
- Power BI or Tableau;
- Knowledge of Value-Based Pricing strategies, taxes, and cost structure.
Desirable requirements:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Economics;
- CPP Certification (Professional Pricing Society).
