As an R&D Formulation Technician M/F, you will be responsible for the following missions:
- Developing new formulations (mixtures and chemical modifications),
- Developing new processes from laboratory scale to industrial scale (conducting feasibility studies, manufacturing prototypes, industrial trials in cleanrooms),
- Defining and implementing experimental designs,
- Performing physicochemical characterization tests (e.g., rheology) and stability studies,
- Presenting results to the project team (preparing presentations and statistical data analysis),
- Writing test reports,
- Providing technical support and preparing quality documents for production transfer,
- Ensuring data integrity and traceability,
- Participating in laboratory organization.
Training in chemistry at a minimum of Bac+2 level or equivalent.
Good mastery of laboratory techniques and interest in the development of formulations and processes.
Analytical capacity, rigor, team spirit, and ease in written and oral communication.
An operational level in English is expected.
