Possibility to undertake the project on a part-time basis per month (minimum availability is 70h per month)

Daily tasks

• You will be responsible for defining and implementing the organization's technological strategy and the development of key business systems, with a particular focus on the MES environment.
• Supervision of solution architecture, cooperation with vendors and development teams, development of software manufacturing processes, and the company's technological security.
• Supporting the implementation of modern technologies, AI, and DevOps practices, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of implemented solutions with business needs.

Requirements

Experience in managing the development of business systems, preferably MES and integrations with ERP, WMS, SCADA, BI systems.

Ability to create and implement a technological strategy that supports business goals.

Experience in vendor management, contracts, and cooperation with distributed development teams.

Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD processes, and software quality standards.

Practical knowledge of modern technologies and AI tools supporting software development.

Experience in building and developing technological teams.

Knowledge in the field of cybersecurity, technological risk management, and compliance.

English language skills at a communicative level.

Must have: MES, ERP, SCADA, BI, SDLC, DevOps, CD, AI
