Daily tasks

• Creating and developing the strategic vision of the ServiceNow platform architecture and the long-term platform development roadmap.
• Building and improving the ServiceNow operating model within the organization.
• Serving as the main technical authority regarding platform architecture and development.
• Supporting the building and development of internal teams of ServiceNow architects and engineers.
• Defining and enforcing architectural, development, and engineering standards.
• Designing and developing governance mechanisms for the platform and quality control processes.
• Conducting architectural, design, and technical reviews.
• Overseeing the quality of solutions and the consistency of implementations carried out by project teams and implementation partners.
• Developing best practices in the areas of design, implementation, testing, release management, and platform maintenance.
• Implementing initiatives related to the optimization, modernization, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment.
• Developing and implementing the support model and operating principles ensuring platform stability and scalability.
• Collaborating with teams responsible for service maintenance and platform operational readiness.
• Ensuring platform compliance with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Promoting security by design principles during the design and development of solutions.
• Defining the integration strategy and standards for ServiceNow cooperation with internal and external systems.
• Managing technological dependencies between the platform and the organization's service ecosystem.
• Preparing the organization to utilize AI functionalities available in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Developing standards and governance principles for solutions utilizing artificial intelligence.
• Supporting initiatives related to automation, predictive intelligence, and further development of innovative platform features.

Requirements

Many years of experience in designing and managing the ServiceNow platform in large organizations.

Experience in the role of platform architect, chief architect, or technical leader responsible for a ServiceNow environment.

Practical knowledge in building operating models, governance, and standards for enterprise platforms.

Experience in defining architecture, technical standards, and quality control processes.

Knowledge of issues related to system integrations in enterprise environments.

Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance areas.

Ability to conduct architectural reviews and make strategic technical decisions.

Experience in building and developing technical teams.

Very good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups.

Experience in leading transformation and modernization initiatives related to the ServiceNow platform.

English language proficiency at a level allowing for fluent communication (min. C1)

Nice to have

Experience in projects related to the implementation or development of AI functionalities in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Knowledge of issues related to process automation and predictive intelligence.

Experience collaborating with international implementation partners.

Participation in programs for building organizational and technological maturity of enterprise platforms.
