Remote work (first month: hybrid model in Warsaw as part of project onboarding).
Daily tasks
- Development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Implementation and optimization of Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog processes.
- Creating workflows, automations, and applications supporting business processes.
- Integration of ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Configuration of SLA, approvals, notifications, escalations, and user permissions.
- Participation in solution design, technical reviews, and ensuring deployment quality.
- Support for testing, production deployments, and platform maintenance.
- Troubleshooting, error analysis, and system performance optimization.
- Creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge within the team.
- Supporting initiatives related to AI and intelligent process automation.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
Very good knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
Experience in creating workflows and process automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
Experience in integrations using REST API, SOAP, and JSON/XML.
Knowledge of platform security, ACL, and access control.
Experience in testing, deployments, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
Knowledge of ITSM processes, Agile, and software development best practices.
Ability to collaborate with business, architects, and technical teams.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
