The project is being carried out for an international organization that is a provider of advanced B2B infrastructure and services for financial institutions, which is developing global competencies in the area of ServiceNow and business process transformation. Daily tasks

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow CSM solutions supporting customer service processes.
  • Implementing and developing incident management processes, customer portals, and self-service functionalities.
  • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications in accordance with platform development best practices.
  • Creating and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
  • Building automated business processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders regarding requirement gathering and defining technical solutions.
  • Supporting platform updates, production releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and supporting application development at every stage of the solution lifecycle.
  • Ensuring high-quality solutions through testing, code reviews, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Participating in architectural work and the development of the ServiceNow platform roadmap.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow solution development. Practical experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Very good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow platform mechanisms. Experience in configuration and development of: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.

Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Very good knowledge of the English language.
