Senior Business Analyst - PB Transformation (12m contract)

Your tasks

• Lead regional banking transformation and client onboarding initiatives
• Drive business change across private banking platforms and processes

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for delivery teams.
• Drive workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sign-off processes.
• Support project planning, business case preparation, and delivery governance activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring successful execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Lead change management and communication activities to support business adoption and project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within banking, wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of private banking operations, including client onboarding, KYC, and related business processes.
• Experience across business transformation, requirements gathering, process re-engineering, and project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end business analysis activities within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and software delivery frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, business users, and technology teams.
