As Supply Chain Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the entire site Supply Chain: Procurement, Sales Administration, Planning, Supply Methods, and Logistics;
- Guarantee the continuity of operations in a context of transformation and workforce movements;
- Support the finalization of the SAP S/4HANA deployment and secure the associated processes;
- Develop team autonomy and strengthen the performance of site flows;
- Actively participate in the CODIR and industrial performance improvement projects.
- Automotive environment mandatory
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Logistics & Supply Chain Manager;
- Strong proximity to production and factory operational challenges;
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (Procurement, Planning, Sales Administration, Logistics);
- Recognized leadership, ability to unite and support change;
- Proficiency in SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA;
- Fluent English is essential.
