Job Description ##
- Participate in daily operations (billing, collections, monthly closings)
- Supervise, support, and develop the team.
- Ensure responsibility for billing and accounts receivable activities.
- Guarantee billing in compliance with Swiss regulations (TARDOC, DRG, and VVG).
- Design, structure, and develop the Shared Service Center Billing & Débiteurs.
- Collaborate with insurance companies, hospitals, medical centers, and internal teams.
- Optimize processes and participate in their digitalization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Opale systems.
The Successful Applicant ##
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
- Several years of experience in accounts receivable.
- Very good knowledge of TARDOC, DRG, and VVG.
- Training in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- Experience in team management.
- Proficiency in Opale is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of French and English. German is a strong asset.
- Team spirit and a pragmatic approach.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
