Accounting Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings while ensuring the reliability of the accounts.
• Supervise and support a team of 3 employees in their skill development.
• Provide your expertise on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters.
• Structure and optimize accounting processes to improve the efficiency of the department.
• Participate in budget preparation and financial performance monitoring.
• Support operational staff in managing their budgets and analyzing their indicators.
• Manage relations with statutory auditors, chartered accountants, banks, and other financial partners.
• Act as a true partner to the various departments of the company by providing advice and financial support.
• Contribute to organizational evolution projects and support change management within the team.

Requirements

With higher education in accounting and management (DCG, DSCG or equivalent), you have proven experience in financial accounting, ideally acquired in an industrial environment. You combine technical expertise, analytical skills, and organizational sense. Recognized for your leadership, pedagogy, and team spirit, you know how to support your employees in their skill development while demonstrating firmness when necessary. You possess a good level of English and are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel. Your agility, humility, and sense of service will be true assets for succeeding in this role.
