Raw Materials Purchasing Manager M/F

Your tasks

• You manage supplier relationships and contribute to securing the supply of, primarily, aromatic raw materials.
• You lead exchanges with the group purchasing teams and monitor forecasts, orders, and performance indicators.
• You participate in the operational management of the purchasing activity and the management of service priorities.
• You conduct tenders and sourcing actions for new suppliers and new materials.
• You monitor and analyze performance indicators in order to identify levers for improvement.
• You contribute to the development of purchasing tools, notably the ERP, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• You participate in continuous improvement projects for purchasing processes.
• You ensure the reliability of supplier and product data as well as the associated documentary follow-up.
• You ensure the operational continuity of the purchasing function during the absences of the Purchasing Director within the framework of defined delegations.

Requirements

• You have at least 10 years of experience in a purchasing function within an industrial environment.
• You have excellent knowledge of aromatic raw materials and their markets.
• You have experience in team management or transversal management.
• You are able to operate in a dynamic environment requiring anticipation, reactivity, and a sense of priorities.
• You master purchasing performance management tools as well as ERP systems.
• You possess a professional level of English allowing you to interact with international interlocutors.
