Job Description
- Lead and maintain the affiliate quality management system, including procedures, training programmes, inspection readiness activities and quality reviews
- Oversee product quality activities including complaints management, deviations, recalls, quality agreements, batch release support and distributor quality governance.
- Partner with commercial, logistics, customer service and regional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, support investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related or relevant discipline with at least five years of quality experience within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a related regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP requirements, with exposure to GDP practices, quality systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
