Project Manager

We are seeking a Projects Manager to lead the execution of large-scale mixed-use developments in Madinah, with a combined value of approximately SAR 2 billion. This role will oversee project delivery end-to-end, managing teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex, high-profile assets.

Description

• Lead execution of all Madinah-based projects, acting as the senior on-ground authority
• Manage two major developments, including a large-scale mixed-use hospitality project
• Oversee project lifecycle from design through construction and delivery
• Direct and manage Project Managers and external consultants/contractors
• Coordinate with internal teams across investment, procurement, and operations
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, timeline, and compliance objectives
• Drive contractor performance across split-package delivery models
• Support permit resolution processes and ensure timely recommencement of works
• Provide progress reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic decisions impacting project delivery and execution

• Previous exposure to the KSA market is highly desirable
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and large contractor teams
• Comfortable operating in lean teams with high ownership and responsibility
