Project Manager - Electrical Rooms

An important company in the industrial sector is looking for a Project Manager (intermediate / associate level) to join Packaging projects in industrial electrical solutions, working in coordination with local and global teams.

Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for supporting the execution of industrial projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and scope, coordinating multiple stakeholders: engineering, factories, suppliers, logistics, assembly, and the final customer.

Main Functions:

• Coordinate the execution of low to medium complexity projects.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress tracking.
• Control costs, risks, deviations, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, logistics, supply chain, and technical teams.
• Manage technical and contractual project documentation.
• Participate in follow-up meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HSE standards.
• Support the technical, documentary, and financial closure of projects.

Project Type:

Frequency converters (medium and low voltage) Medium voltage electric motors Electrical rooms and packaged solutions (e-houses) Switchgear, panels, and auxiliary systems Projects involving engineering, manufacturing, FAT, logistics, assembly, and commissioning

Desired Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in management or coordination of industrial projects.
• Experience in industries such as mining, pulp and paper, or demanding industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of the complete project cycle (engineering, supply, assembly, commissioning).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (clients, suppliers, factories).
• Intermediate English
• Degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, or related).
