Legal Counsel (FMCG)

Your tasks

The role will be responsible for providing legal advisory across international markets for their business expansion. Client Details Our client is a leading FMCG company based in Riyadh. Description * Provide legal advice on commercial transactions, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day business activities across international markets. * Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, partnership, and service contracts. * Support contract negotiations by identifying legal risks and recommending practical solutions that align with business objectives. * Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions and business operations. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance requirements across international markets. * Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely legal guidance to business stakeholders. Requirements

• 5+ years experience in corporate law, commercial law, transactions or a related legal field. * Experience in international commercial transaction, contract negotiations and legal risk assessments across multiple markets. * Strong knowledge and experience in commercial agreements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management and transaction structuring. * Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
