Job Description
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding activities and account opening requirements.
- Partner closely with sales teams to prioritise onboarding requests and meet target launch timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, risk and operations teams to facilitate onboarding approvals.
- Track onboarding progress and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks, escalating issues where necessary.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and client experience.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Experience in KYC, client onboarding, compliance, operations
- Open to candidates without prior experience
