IT Support Analyst - Advanced English

For an important multinational company with a focus on business in Asia, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst. Their main functions will be:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
• Administer accounts and access in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other corporate systems.
• Manage the creation, modification, and blocking of users, permissions, and access.
• Support basic administration of Windows servers and corporate authentication platforms.
• Coordinate incidents with external providers of telecommunications, connectivity, and technological services.
• Manage tickets and escalations with regional and United States support teams.
• Maintain and monitor technological equipment, printers, mobile devices, and office equipment.
• Support the operational continuity of networks, connectivity, and IT services.
• Participate in automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate in the development of flows through Power Automate, RPA tools, and solutions based on Microsoft Copilot.

Requirements:

• Technical or professional training in Informática, Ingeniería en Ejecución Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, or a related field.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or infrastructure.
• Advanced English
• Experience in administration and support of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
• Desirable experience or knowledge in: Power Automate, Process Automation (RPA), Microsoft Copilot, Ciberseguridad, PowerShell, or other automation tools.

Las Condes, 100% on-site modality.
