Job description

Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis and due diligence coordination.

Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities.

Conduct market research and feasibility studies across healthcare sub-sectors.

Prepare investment committee papers, board presentations, and stakeholder materials.

Work closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives and expansion projects.

Support strategic initiatives including market entry, consolidation, and exit planning.

Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analytical support.

The successful applicant

UAE national.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (master's or MBA preferred).

1-5 years of relevant experience within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or consulting.

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with solid understanding of financial statements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA (preferred).

Exposure to Big 4 or leading financial institutions is advantageous.
