Head of Legal UAEN

Description

• Act as the principal legal advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on significant legal and commercial matters.
• Provide strategic oversight of corporate transactions, restructuring initiatives, and major contractual negotiations.
• Lead the Group's legal risk management framework, ensuring key risks are identified, mitigated, and appropriately escalated.
• Oversee complex litigation, arbitration, disputes, and the management of external legal counsel.
• Develop and lead a high-performing legal team while driving consistency in legal practices across all group entities.
