Job description

Act as a hands-on builder, delivering prototypes, automations and production-ready solutions.

Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for data, analytics, automation and AI.

Build and enhance the enterprise data warehouse and trusted reporting layers.

Establish and scale an AI factory, including agentic workflows and internal copilots.

Partner with senior stakeholders across investments, finance and technology to modernise ways of working.

The successful applicant

15+ years' experience across data, analytics, automation or AI, ideally in financial services

Strong understanding of investment and financial data, reporting and systems

Proven track record building enterprise data platforms and full-stack applications

Hands-on technical expertise across modern data, BI, automation and AI tools

Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, finance or a related discipline
