Daily tasks

• Designing and developing solutions in the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter)
• Creating and developing backend and integration components using Gosu
• Implementing integrations with external systems and API services
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Collaborating with analysts, architects, and project teams on the client side
• Optimizing the performance and quality of existing Guidewire solutions
• Participating in code review and ensuring compliance of solutions with programming standards
• Supporting testing, deployment, and maintenance processes in project environments

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in programming and developing Guidewire solutions

Practical knowledge of at least one of the modules: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter

Experience in creating integrations using REST, SOAP, and XML/JSON technologies

Knowledge of the Gosu language and the Guidewire platform architecture

Ability to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Communicative knowledge of English allowing for work in an international environment

Teamwork skills and effective communication with business and technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

Possession of Guidewire certifications

Experience in projects for the insurance sector

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and cloud environments

Experience in migrations and deployments of Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)

Must have: Guidewire, REST API, SOAP, XML, JSON

Nice to have: CD, Cloud platform
