Job Description
- Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges
- Analyse and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency, controls, and automation
- Support Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Finance modules
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Ensure solutions comply with finance policies, controls, and business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver finance system improvements
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle Finance system configuration or implementation projects
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
