• UAE National (Family Book required). * Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken. * Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events. * Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
