Production Director (M/F)

Reporting to the Site Management, as Production Director, your responsibilities will consist of:

• Defining and deploying the industrial strategy for your scope.
• Driving production in compliance with cost, quality, deadline, and safety objectives.
• Managing operational managers and leading teams of 200 people.
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Supervising performance indicators and associated action plans.
• Optimizing production flows and coordination with support functions.
• Participating in budget preparation and investment identification.
• Guaranteeing the application of quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Supporting industrial and organizational transformation projects.
• Ensuring reporting and contributing to the site's strategic decisions.
• Promoting team skill development and change management.

The sought profile:

• You hold an engineering degree
• You have at least 15 years of similar experience in the aeronautical or automotive industrial sector
• You are capable of managing teams through middle management
• You are GreenBelt or BlackBelt certified
• Your English is technical
• You demonstrate an analytical mind and are results-oriented
• You have inspiring leadership, capable of uniting teams
• You want your ideas to be heard by management and to be challenged, all aligned with a common vision for the good of the company

The remuneration and benefits for this position are:

• A permanent contract (CDI);
• A salary between €80,000 and €110,000 gross annual;
• A bonus in addition to the salary;
• Benefits related to a permanent position in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
