Hotel Establishment Director (M/F)

Your tasks

Your main missions***Ensure the general management of the site and guarantee the achievement of financial and operational objectives.* Drive and analyze economic performance (budget, P&L, productivity, profitability).* Define and implement the commercial strategy in order to develop accommodation, catering, seminars, and events activities.* Manage, develop, and unite teams around a culture of excellence and sustainable performance.* Support the establishment directors within your scope in improving their results.* Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.* Contribute to investment projects, renovation, and the group's CSR initiatives.

Requirements

Profile Description You have significant experience in the management of a large-scale hotel or hotel complex, ideally in a multi-service environment including strong seminar, catering, and event activities.

What we offer

The remuneration and benefits provided for this position are as follows: Remuneration between €75,000 and €85,000. Attractive package, variable + super-performance bonus.* A regional dimension offering an expanded scope and real prospects for evolution.
