Assistant Store Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

As an Assistant Store Manager (M/F), your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Support the Manager in the operational management of the store
• Participate in achieving commercial objectives and developing turnover
• Monitor and analyze the point of sale performance indicators
• Deploy commercial actions and national operations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience
• Lead, support, and develop the skills of the teams
• Participate in monitoring individual and collective performance
• Ensure compliance with the network's procedures, standards, and best practices
• Guarantee the attractiveness of the store and the quality of commercial execution
• Contribute to creating a collaborative and engaging work environment
• Prepare for your evolution toward Store Management roles.

Requirements

Ideally, you have

• A minimum of a Bac +2/Bac +3 degree
• Initial experience in management or team leadership in retail
• A strong commercial sensitivity and excellent customer service skills
• The ability to analyze commercial indicators and drive performance
• Natural leadership and an ability to unite teams
• A minimum English level of B2
• A strong desire to evolve towards management responsibilities;

What we offer

The compensation and benefits for this position are:

• A fixed salary between €50,000 and €60,000 depending on profile
