Job description

Design and implement enterprise-level data architectures using Snowflake. Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions. Define and maintain data models that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drive best practices across data engineering, cloud platforms, governance, and data lifecycle management.

The successful applicant

Strong experience as a data engineer, data architect, or similar senior data-focused role.

Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, optimisation, administration, and performance tuning.

Proven experience with data modelling, including dimensional and enterprise data modelling techniques.

Previous software engineering or software development background with strong coding and design principles.

Experience working within the financial services sector, ideally delivering enterprise-scale data platforms.
