Logistics and Transport Coordinator (M/F)

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics and Transport Coordinator (M/F) ensures the administration and coordination of logistics flows. This position based in Vierzon participates in the monitoring of supplies, receptions, shipments, and the management of transport operations, including international ones.

Main Missions: * Consult transport providers and organize logistics operations

• Guarantee compliance with customer deadlines and the optimization of logistics costs

• Ensure documentary compliance of shipments and required certifications

• Coordinate information between internal departments and external partners

• Prepare the necessary documents for shipments and transport

• Ensure the monitoring of shipments in the ERP Netsuite

• Verify order information and update associated files

• Plan the reception and shipment of goods

• Ensure administrative monitoring, filing, and documentary archiving

• Participate in the management of international shipments and carry out certain missions as a backup to the logistics manager if necessary

Profile sought:

• Higher education in logistics, transport, or supply chain

• Mastery of logistics processes and road, maritime, and air transport

• Knowledge of an industrial environment is appreciated

• Use of ERP tools, ideally Netsuite

• Good level of professional English

• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy

• Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple subjects simultaneously

• Ability to analyze situations and propose suitable solutions

• Knowledge of QHSE requirements is appreciated

• 6-month full-time CDD

• Location: Vierzon

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Remuneration: €2,300 to €2,600 gross monthly

• Additional 20% bonus paid in June based on presence

• Additional 50% bonus paid in November based on presence

• Performance bonus that can reach up to 50% of the basic monthly salary
