Enel Colombia is looking for a Senior Construction Coordinator to lead and coordinate the on-site execution activities of a high-complexity project in Central Guavio, Ubalá, Cundinamarca. The position will play a key role in coordinating different construction disciplines, monitoring project progress, and articulating with technical teams, contractors, and the Site Manager.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate construction and on-site execution activities.
  • Supervise the progress of the different areas and disciplines of the project.
  • Monitor schedules, progress, indicators, and fulfillment of project objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for the identification and resolution of site situations.
  • Support the Site Manager in the technical, administrative, contractual, and progress management of the project.
  • Coordinate contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor resources, activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ, quality, and safety standards.
  • Support information management, reports, and project KPIs.

Requirements

Professional in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geotechnology, or related careers. Minimum 7 years of experience in construction projects, especially in projects with a strong civil works component. Experience in underground works is indispensable.

Experience in the following will be especially valued:

  • Hydroelectric projects.
  • Tunnels, caverns, galleries, or other underground works.
  • High-complexity infrastructure projects.
  • Coordination of multiple construction disciplines.
  • Management and coordination of contractors.
  • Project planning and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft tools.
  • HSEQ and integrated management systems.
  • Management of progress, schedules, resources, and KPIs.
  • English B1.
  • Current professional card or license.
