Project Manager - ERP Solutions Implementation (M/F)

About the company

As an ERP Finance Project Manager, in a permanent contract (CDI), you will join a team of about fifteen employees based in the heart of Lyon. You will support growing companies in the implementation and optimization of their Finance & Accounting ERPs, intervening throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will operate in an international environment, working in direct contact with the financial, accounting, and operational departments of your clients.

Your tasks

Your missions will be as follows

• Collect and analyze business needs from clients during the scoping and functional workshop phases
• Configure ERP solutions to meet the Finance and Accounting challenges of organizations
• Support the testing, validation, and production deployment phases of projects
• Train key users and contribute to the adoption of new processes and tools
• Advise clients on business best practices and the evolution of their Finance information systems
• Ensure post-deployment follow-up, continuous improvement, and quality of service for clients
• Participate in the development of offers, pre-sales, and the sharing of expertise within the teams
• Up to 3 days of remote work per week

Requirements

The profile sought for the role of ERP Finance Project Manager

• Higher education in computer science, information systems, or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience on implementation or configuration projects for Finance / Accounting ERPs
• Experience ideally acquired on NetSuite or, failing that, on SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Dynamics Finance, Oracle ERP or equivalent solution
• Good understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Fluent English is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead workshops, and strong customer orientation
