Sales Support Officer France and Export M/F

Reporting to the sales department, the Sales Support Officer (M/F) operates across the entire administrative cycle of export and European sales. In a context of organizational transformation and evolving processes, the person contributes to the quality of customer service and the reliability of commercial flows at the Maen-Roch site.

Main missions:

• Update sales forecasts and ensure necessary follow-ups in the ERP.
• Create and manage customer files.
• Enter, track, and control commercial offers and contracts.
• Coordinate the sending of samples.
• Carry out customer insurance requests.
• Ensure follow-up of regulatory requirements related to international operations.
• Manage orders and coordinate exchanges with various internal departments.
• Organize logistical operations and documentary follow-up.
• Guarantee fluid communication with customers and external partners.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and service versatility actions.

Profile sought:

• Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in commercial management, international trade, or an equivalent field
• Mastery of commercial and administrative processes
• Knowledge of an industrial environment is appreciated
• Good understanding of export flows and international operations
• Professional English minimum B2 level (written and oral), validation test planned in the process
• Rigor, sense of service, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in coordination with several interlocutors

Conditions and advantages

• Position based in Maen-Roch (35)
• Remuneration between €30,000 and €35,000 gross annual on 13 months
• Variable based on objectives representing approximately 5% of the remuneration
