Customer Claims Officer (M/F)

Your tasks

As an ADV & Claims Manager (M/F) in Paris-12e-Arrondissement, your responsibilities will consist of:

• Welcoming and informing customers by telephone,
• Knowing the products, product ranges, and documentation,
• Analyzing and responding to requests and claims from customers,
• Providing solutions to problems encountered and transferring requests if necessary,
• Adapting solutions to the customer's needs, interacting with field sales representatives,
• Guaranteeing customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with procedures and processing deadlines,
• Recording customer information and data,
• Qualifying the customer database,
• Planning the follow-up of customer file processing and the entry of additional information provided by third-party services,
• Recording orders and ensuring their administrative follow-up,
• Knowing how to use internal document research tools (Tecdoc, etc.) and electronic ordering tools (Teccom, EDI, Webshop), working in close collaboration with the sales and marketing departments to implement commercial actions,
• Working in close collaboration with the logistics department.

Requirements

The profile sought for this position

• You have a degree in customer relations, commerce, or equivalent
• You have experience in a similar position, ideally in the industrial sector
• You master office tools, particularly ERP (ideally SAP)
• You are organized, rigorous, and customer satisfaction oriented
• You have an operational level of English (B1/B2)
• Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing products would be an asset.

What we offer

The remuneration and benefits for this position are:

• A gross annual salary between €33,800 and €35,000
• A temporary contract based in Paris-12e-Arrondissement.
