Description * Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives. * Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. * Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. * Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. * Monitor and control financial risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place. * Supervise and develop the finance team to achieve effective operations. * Drive initiatives to optimise cost efficiency and maximise profitability. Requirements

A successful CFO should have:

• 15+ years of finance leadership experience
• CFO, Deputy CFO or Finance Director experience
• Exposure to investment companies, sovereign wealth structures, private equity, venture capital or investment management organisations
• Strong corporate governance expertise
• Treasury, portfolio reporting and investment finance experience
• Experience supporting boards, investment committees or government-related stakeholders
• Middle East experience
• Demonstrated strategic finance leadership
