Hourly rate: 130-160 PLN/h net+VAT

Daily tasks

• Analyzing and documenting business requirements in transformational projects with a strong IT component
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Modeling and optimizing business processes, with a particular focus on process digitalization
• Defining and documenting user stories, use cases, and business processes in accordance with project requirements
• Participating in Customer Master Data Management and initiatives related to improving data quality
• Preparing, executing, and verifying test scenarios, including API testing and Gherkin-based testing
• Identifying opportunities to use AI and GenAI solutions in business analysis and process optimization
• Collaborating in an Agile environment and actively supporting project teams in achieving business goals

Requirements

Experience in a Business Analyst or Business Expert position in projects related to the development of IT systems

Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and communicative knowledge of English

Experience in gathering, analyzing, and transforming business requirements into technological solutions

Knowledge of issues related to Customer Master Data Management and Data Quality Management

Practical knowledge of API testing (REST, Bruno, REST Assured) and creating test scenarios in Gherkin

Knowledge of modern system architectures, particularly those based on microservices, and Agile methodologies

Experience in using AI-supported tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT

Experience in the banking or insurance sector and participation in projects for clients from the financial industry is welcome

Must have: Business Analyst, Data management, API, REST API, Gherkin, AI, GitHub
