Job description

Support the execution of private equity investments across Europe and the United States.

Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence on potential opportunities.

Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal committees.

Work closely with senior team members on deal origination, structuring, and execution.

Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing asset management initiatives.

Engage with external advisors, including banks, consultants, and legal counsel.

Contribute to market research and thematic analysis to identify new investment opportunities.

The successful applicant

A successful Associate - Private Equity should have:

3-5 years of experience in investment banking (bulge bracket) or private equity

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (top-tier institution preferred); additional qualifications such as CFA are advantageous

Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills

Demonstrated experience working on M&A transactions or private equity deals

Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Exposure to cross-border transactions, particularly within Europe and/or the US, is highly desirable
