Description
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth and transformation.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model effectiveness across multiple business functions.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent review initiatives to strengthen future leadership pipelines.
- Champion employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management programs to enhance organizational performance.
- Leverage workforce analytics and HR insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives within complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies.
