Assistant Product Development Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

Reporting to the Product Development & Purchasing Manager, the Assistant Product Development Manager's main missions will be:

• Supporting the monitoring and development of projects for major clients in the luxury, beauty, and cosmetics sectors.*
• Conducting market benchmarks and preparing presentations for selected products.*
• Taking charge of client briefs and researching existing products or new development paths.*
• Developing and perfecting products in collaboration with creative teams.*
• Drafting technical sheets for suppliers and launching prototypes under the manager's supervision.*
• Ensuring the follow-up of exchanges between clients and suppliers throughout the development phases.*
• Preparing price offers and participating in the creation of project retro-planning.*
• Participating in production follow-up meetings and contributing to the effective coordination of various stakeholders.

Requirements

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, marketing school, communication school, or equivalent training, you are currently in your final year of studies and are looking for a position in the world of product development, purchasing, or project management.

You are proficient in Excel and have a good level of English, allowing you to operate in an international environment. Organized, rigorous, and analytical, you know how to manage several subjects simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines.

You demonstrate reactivity, versatility, and an excellent team spirit. Your interest in the worlds of fashion, luxury, beauty, and cosmetics is a real asset.
