Air Freight Forwarding Agent specialized in aeronautical events M/F

You will intervene in the logistical coordination of various projects such as:

• International trade shows and exhibitions (fairs, professional trade shows, air meetings)
• Certification missions / Demotour
• Private events (seminars, conferences)

• Manage the repatriation of goods and equipment after events.
• Coordinate the return operations of materials, prototypes, and equipment to their final destination.
• Manage post-event logistics, including all return flows and associated formalities.
• Supervise logistical dismantling and the return of goods while respecting deadlines and operational constraints.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in event logistics or international transport
• Fluent English, both written and oral, is indispensable.
• Rigor, sense of customer service, and reactivity
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Strong adaptability and availability
• An appetite for international environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills
