Service Technician Dispatcher / Deployment Planner (w/m/d) – Gelsenkirchen Area

For our client, an established medium-sized company in the field of pumps, water management, and fluid management in the Gelsenkirchen area, we are looking for a Service Technician Dispatcher / Deployment Planner (w/m/d) starting immediately.

The entry is via temporary employment. You will receive a permanent employment contract through Michael Page. Our recruitment as well as all other services are free of charge for you.

Your Tasks:

• Planning, coordination, and dispatching of service technicians in the field
• Scheduling and controlling service, maintenance, and repair assignments

• Ensuring efficient deployment planning, taking priorities and resources into account
• Monitoring appointments, deadlines, and service orders

• Point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal specialist departments
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts and materials

• Coordination and tracking of national and international spare part orders
• Monitoring delivery dates and coordination with suppliers

• Administration and inventory control of spare parts and stock levels
• Documentation and tracking of service assignments in the ERP System

• Maintenance and updating of master and movement data
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes in deployment planning

• Close cooperation with the Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in dispatching, deployment planning, or service coordination

• Experience in the planning and control of service technicians is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP

• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as high service and customer orientation
