Responsibilities

• Independent processing of export orders in the field of air freight
• Communication with customers, airlines, and customs authorities
• Creation and checking of shipping documents
• Ensuring compliance with quality and security standards
• Active participation in the optimization of processes and workflows

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of air freight export
• Sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations
• Confident handling of common IT applications (e.g., MS Office, customs software systems)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Resilience, flexibility, and a structured way of working
• Good English skills
