For this company, we are looking for a Specialist (m/f/d) Air Freight Export within the framework of temporary employment.

Responsibilities

• Organization and processing of export orders in the air freight sector
• Creation and checking of shipping documents
• Communication with customers, partners, and service providers
• Monitoring of transport processes and ensuring on-time delivery
• Processing of customs formalities and compliance with legal requirements
• Complaint processing and problem solving
• Support in the optimization of work processes
• Data maintenance and creation of reports

Requirements Profile

• Completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the field of air freight and export processes
• Experience in dealing with customs regulations and systems
• Proficient use of MS Office and relevant IT systems
• High degree of initiative and solution orientation
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation Package

• Attractive salary in the range of 49,500 EUR to 60,500 EUR
