• As a Clerk Customs / Shipping Export, you will play a decisive role in ensuring that high-quality products arrive safely and reliably at worldwide customers in compliance with all legal regulations.

Area of Responsibility

• Creation and compilation of the documents necessary for shipping (e.g., delivery notes, waybills, shipping and parcel labels, certificates).
• Determination of the shipping method and notification of shipments to freight forwarders and parcel services.
• Monitoring of delivery dates using the SAP system.
• Inspection and controlling of the completed goods issues.
• Processing of transport damage in accordance with specifications.
• Processing of logistical complaints in the shipping area.
• Creation and processing of customs documents/customs formalities.
• Preparation and creation of the necessary documents and paperwork for the freight forwarder.
• Participation in process optimization in the logistics/shipping area.
• Invoice verification of freight forwarding costs in the workflow.
• Ordering of packaging materials.

Requirement Profile

• Training as an Industriekaufmann/-frau // Speditionskaufmann/-frau or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge in the area of shipping.
• Good SAP knowledge as well as confident handling of the available Office programs.
• Good knowledge in the area of customs.
• English skills.
• 3-day customs training.
