Our client is in the Not For Profit Sector and they are looking to hire for a brand new role - a Lead D365 Developer. This role will be a mix of hands on coding and managing a small team of 5 other D365 Engineers. This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in London and the rest at home. Client Details Our client is in the Not For Profit Sector and they are looking to hire for a brand new role - a Lead D365 Developer. This role will be a mix of hands on coding and managing a small team of 5 other D365 Engineers. This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in London and the rest at home. Description This role is a mix of hands on coding in D365 and managing the 5 D365 engineers - around a 50/50 split Alongside coding you will help with project planning, 1 to 1s, code reviews, peer review, architecture vision etc Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for system improvements. Ensure the integration of D365 with other systems and third-party applications. Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to the development team. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Oversee the deployment of updates and enhancements to the D365 platform. Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
