BI Developer

A specialist consultancy is seeking an experienced BI Developer to support the delivery of a high-profile healthcare transformation programme within the NHS. You'll be responsible for developing reporting and analytics solutions that enable operational and clinical teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Client Details

Our client is an established consulting organisation delivering complex technology, data and transformation programmes across the public sector. They are currently supporting a large NHS programme and require additional BI expertise to strengthen their reporting and analytics capabilities.

Description

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Create management information and reporting solutions for operational and clinical stakeholders. Develop and optimise data models to support reporting requirements. Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support healthcare performance reporting and analytics initiatives. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reporting best practices. Collaborate with wider programme, data and transformation teams.

Profile

Proven BI Development experience within NHS or healthcare environments. Strong experience with Power BI, SQL and data modelling. Experience developing dashboards, reporting suites and management information solutions. Understanding of healthcare datasets and reporting standards. Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Mental Health Trust experience would be highly advantageous

Job Offer Competitive daily rate between £400 and £550 outside IR35, dependent on the level of experience. Short term contract role
