We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large\-scale global transformation initiatives within a fast\-paced international logistics and transportation environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex IT programs, including major ERP implementations and transformations, while coordinating cross\-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure successful business outcomes.

Description

• Define, manage, and execute strategic global IT programs aligned with business objectives.
• Establish program governance, monitor budgets, risks, timelines, and inter\-project dependencies.
• Lead large\-scale ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Coordinate cross\-functional teams spanning IT, business, and external partners across multiple countries.
• Ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining quality, scope, and budget commitments.
• Manage executive\-level stakeholder relationships and provide regular steering committee reporting.
• Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting technology adoption and business transformation.
• Oversee third\-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
• Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8\+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and large\-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience working within international and multicultural environments.
• Strong expertise in ERP implementations and transformations, SAP, Oracle or an other tool of the market.
• Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced and complex environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.

Nice to Have

• PMP, Prince2, PMI\-PgMP, Agile or SAFe certifications.
• Experience managing global ERP rollouts across multiple countries.
• Exposure to cloud transformation programs and enterprise architecture initiatives.
