Take ownership of the Aldi account within a leading consumer business, driving sales growth, profitability and customer partnerships. Develop and execute customer plans that deliver sustainable growth while strengthening long-term partnerships. Build strong relationships with key Aldi stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial partner and confidently influencing outcomes. Work closely with Product, Technical and Category colleagues to ensure aligned customer strategies and successful execution. Lead customer discussions, annual planning cycles and contract negotiations. Analyse customer, category and market performance to identify opportunities and make commercially sound recommendations. Utilise available data and insights to support decision-making and customer growth plans. Balance strategic account leadership with the day-to-day management of a complex, fast-moving retail account. Conduct regular visits to Aldi Head Office, customer meetings and store visits to maintain strong customer engagement. Play a key role within a lean, agile commercial team where collaboration and a hands-on approach are highly valued. Support the wider commercial function as the business continues to evolve and invest in future growth opportunities. Previous Aldi account management experience is essential. Consumer/FMCG experience, ideally within a branded or private label environment. Commercial and negotiation skills, with the confidence to manage Aldi UK The ability to build credibility and influence both internally and externally - collaboration mindset is key Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Technical, Category or Marketing teams. Strong analytical capability and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. A strategic mindset coupled with a willingness to get involved in the day-to-day detail. Adaptability and resilience within a changing and fast-paced commercial environment. A collaborative, down-to-earth approach and the ability to thrive within a close-knit team. A genuine desire to learn, develop and contribute, regardless of previous experience levels.
